How it works
- We talk through one task you repeat. I tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
- You create your own accounts and I set the tool up in them, using your own materials.
- I teach you and your team how it works, so you can run it and change it without me.
Your accounts, your data. I do not put your customer information into my own accounts. If you prefer, I can keep an eye on your setup afterwards as your contractor.
About me
I'm Nadia. I have spent more than 15 years in customer support, onboarding and implementation at software and fintech companies, so I am used to working out how a team really does its work before changing it.
I started out as a teacher, which is why training is part of everything I do. I work in English, French and Russian, and I am based in Greater Victoria, BC.
